Intuitive Counseling and Coaching
Maureen provides compassionate insights and practical strategies to empower you to overcome obstacles, embrace growth, and soar to new heights of freedom and fulfillment. Each session begins by discussing your goals and what you want to change, transform, and to live well.
Maureen uses intuitive sight to scan your energy field to help you determine what experiences, beliefs, and emotions are interfering with optimal happiness and well-being. She accesses the wisdom of your Divine/Higher Self to assist with this process along with asking for assistance from the advanced Beings in the other Realms that are helping you—also known as Angels and Spirit Guides.
Everything shows up for her in pictures so you’ll have a discussion on what is shown. As she is viewing your energy field, a discussion will take place so you can understand yourself more thoroughly. When everything has been looked at and discussed, a plan will be mapped out on what can be done to help you let go of old, unneeded experiences, emotions, and beliefs and to connect you more consciously to your own Divine essence and gifts. Guided imagery and energy work will be used to facilitate this process.

Intuitive and Energetic Healing Techniques
Energy Work
Energetic healing is based upon the quantum physics principle that we are connected through universal vibrational energies.
In an energetic healing session, these frequencies are brought in to help release outdated beliefs and past experiences, while reinforcing the vibrations that will help you to move forward.
Maureen has been initiated into Reiki and Reconnection and trained in Jin Shin Jyutsu, a meridian based energy work. She also has been guided to develop a number of her own energy healing systems and techniques.
Guided Imagery
Maureen is certified in guided imagery through the Psychosynthesis Institute. In her sessions, she uses it to support your ability to see, feel and receive information and knowings that help you to experience what needs to be released. She assists you in visually imagining you are inside your own energy field, so you can experience your gifts. You will also be guided to connect with your own Divine Self.
Audios
Maureen has developed audios to support your ability to integrate and deepen the energetic healing frequencies you experience in a personal session. Each audio carries the same qualities of an in-person session. Most of the audios begin with guided imagery, to help you relax during the healing process. (This is not hypnosis.) Your higher self will always be in charge of what you accept from the energetic healing, if anything.
